What if the real abundance wasn’t in possessions, but in finding your authentic
self again through nature and creativity?
A 3-Day Immersive Experience in the Hills of Italy
This is not just a retreat.
It is a 3-day deep dive into the world of wild edible plants —
where you will learn how to recognise them, harvest them responsibly, and transform them into nourishing meals.
Over three immersive days, you will slow down, sharpen your senses, and reconnect with the land through direct experience.
You won’t just talk about wild herbs.
You will meet them. Touch them. Taste them. Cook with them.
Why Foraging?
Foraging is more than walking in nature.
It is learning to see what most people overlook.
It is recognising abundance where others see weeds.
It is rebuilding a relationship with food that begins in the soil — not in the supermarket.
Wild herbs are resilient, seasonal, mineral-rich and deeply intelligent.
In just three days, you will begin to shift the way you look at landscapes — and at your plate.
This retreat gives you practical tools and embodied knowledge you can continue using long after you leave.

Why “Back to the Roots”?

Because sometimes, to move forward, you have to look back. Because in a world that never stops rushing, I found the most powerful journey was the one back to myself — to my childhood, my land, and the simple, wild flavors that shaped me.
I’m Alice, also known as The Nomad Lasagna — a name that tells the story of someone who has traveled far, explored many lives, and always found comfort in the warmth of a shared meal.
