What if the real abundance wasn’t in possessions, but in finding your authentic
self again through nature and creativity?
A 5-day immersive retreat, nestled in the heart of Le Marche, Italy, within a 12th-century monastery surrounded by the wild hills.
It’s a sacred pause — a moment to step away from the noise of modern life. No phones, no roles, no pressure. Just the space to reconnect with yourself, nature, and your authentic rhythm.
For those seeking to slow down, restore emotional balance, recharge both body and mind, and rediscover their true essence. A journey back to inner peace, simplicity, and creativity.

This is not a retreat to escape life.
It’s a space to meet yourself: fully, gently, and without distractions.
A journey of authenticity, creativity, and reconnection.

Who is it for?
Back to the Roots is for those who long for a pause — wherever they are.
It’s for anyone who feels overwhelmed by the constant rush, the demands, and the noise of modern life. Whether you live in a city or feel caught up in a fast-paced lifestyle, this retreat offers you the space to step away and reconnect with what truly matters.
It’s for those seeking time to rest, reflect, and nourish themselves — through authentic food, the simplicity of nature, and creative exploration.
If you feel the call to re-center, breathe deeply, and return to your true essence — this space was created for you.
Whats the Focus?
A safe, timeless space to come home to yourself.
Back to the Roots is more than a retreat — it’s a sanctuary. A place where time softens, distractions fade away, and you’re gently invited to explore your inner world, free from pressure and expectation.
Through foraging wild herbs, we return to the earth and the essence of simplicity.
Through wild herb workshops, we rediscover the gifts of nature and learn how to integrate them into our lives.
Through a clean, plant-based diet, we detoxify and energize the body — preparing ourselves for deeper practices like meditation and movement.
Through sound and art workshops, we reconnect with the inner child, allowing emotions to flow freely and take shape through color, rhythm, and expression.
What to Take Home?
Piece by piece, you return to yourself.
Each day of the retreat is a step inward — a chance to reclaim something forgotten, something lost in the bustle of everyday life. Back to the Roots is a journey of gathering the scattered pieces of yourself and gently putting them back together. Like a puzzle buried under duties and distractions, you’ll slowly rebuild a version of you that feels rooted, whole, and true.
You’ll leave with a deeper understanding of who you are, what you’ve left behind, and what you’re ready to bring forward.
This retreat is not an escape — it’s a return to your authentic self.

Why “Back to the Roots”?

Because sometimes, to move forward, you have to look back. Because in a world that never stops rushing, I found the most powerful journey was the one back to myself — to my childhood, my land, and the simple, wild flavors that shaped me.
I’m Alice, also known as The Nomad Lasagna — a name that tells the story of someone who has traveled far, explored many lives, and always found comfort in the warmth of a shared meal.
